The following conditions apply:

SHIPPING TERMS

Domestic delivery (Germany) and the following countries: Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, the Netherlands, France, the Czech Republic and Luxembourg.

SHIPPING COSTS  (INCLUDING VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):
Shipping up to 20 kg = 7 €
Shipping up to 30 kg = 9 € each additional package 9 €
Packages over 120 cm in length are sent with GLS, otherwise with DHL.
We calculate the shipping costs according to the shipping weight:

Deliveries to Austria, the Netherlands and Belgium
(no shipping of bulky goods packages and lighters)
up to 5 kg = €20
up to 10 kg = €26
up to 20 kg = €37
up to 30 kg = €49

Shipping to Switzerland
(no shipping of bulky goods packages and lighters)
up to 5 kg = €24
up to 10 kg = €29
up to 20 kg = €39
up to 30 kg = €49

The flat-rate shipping fee includes the statutory value-added tax. Since VAT is calculated on the flat-rate shipping fee depending on the goods purchased, it can be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the shipping costs can only be finally calculated during the ordering process. However, it cannot be increased, only decreased in your favour.

DELIVERY TIMES

Unless another period is specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within Germany (Germany) takes place within 1 – 4 days, for deliveries abroad within 3 – 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

If you pick it up yourself, we will inform you by e-mail about the availability of the goods and the pick-up options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
